Dr Alex Thomas is one of the principal dentists at Northern Dental Centre, who has been working in Australia as a dentist since 1993 in the public and private sector.

With his passion for education, he has been heavily involved in the promotion of oral health in indigenous communities, and has been a lecturer, demonstrator, mentor and trainer for many dental staff and students.

Alex has a special interest in oral surgery, including difficult extractions and high quality restorative dentistry.  He believes in making people comfortable in the dental chair and our patients love how he is always ready with a joke or anecdote!
